Role Overview
As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for the UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Capital.com
’s regional growth strategy, ensuring our marketing, product, and sales initiatives are aligned with both the UK regulatory landscape and the needs of high-value trading audiences. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to translate global GTM strategies into locally relevant plans that drive client acquisition, conversion, and retention—while keeping our premium and professional trader segments front and center.

Strategic Planning & Execution-
Translate Capital.com
’s global GTM strategy into a detailed, insight-driven UK roadmap aligned with regulatory and market-specific conditions.
Define UK-specific marketing funnels, campaigns, and product positioning targeting affluent traders (e.g., Assertive Alex, Supreme Saadat segments).
Own the UK GTM calendar and drive integrated campaign execution across brand, CRM, paid media, PR, and partnerships.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
Conduct continuous market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities for growth, positioning, and product-market fit.
Analyze UK clients trading behavior, segment performance, onboarding friction, and funnel leakage to optimize mid- and lower-funnel activities.
Channel Performance & Optimization:
Collaborate with digital, programmatic, and performance marketing teams to localize and optimize channel mix, creative, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Drive mobile-first initiatives, aligning with UK user preferences and ensuring optimal app experience across devices.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Act as the bridge between marketing, product, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and delivery of UK business goals.
Work closely with the UK Managing Director and CMO to report performance metrics, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
Customer Experience & Retention:
Lead initiatives to enhance onboarding UX (e.g., questionnaires, explainers, tooltips), loyalty programs, and premium member benefits.
Identify and execute community-building opportunities such as webinars, local events, VIP programs, and influencer partnerships tailored to the UK market.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience:
5–7 years of GTM, marketing, or growth strategy experience in fintech, brokerage, trading platforms, or digital financial services.
Strong understanding of the UK financial market, FCA regulations, and audience segmentation in trading/investing environments.
Proven ability to execute data-driven growth strategies, mid-funnel conversion campaigns, and premium acquisition tactics.
Experience with performance marketing channels, CRM automation, app funnel optimization, and educational content strategies.
Comfortable working in a matrixed structure with dual reporting lines.
