As the Business Development Manager, you will drive Capital.com ’s revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing high‑value clients and strategic partners across priority markets. Operating at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and market intelligence, you will be a key catalyst in scaling our multi‑asset trading ecosystem while safeguarding our obligations as a regulated, client‑centric brokerage.

You will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end new‑business acquisition, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, and shaping commercial initiatives that deepen engagement and lifetime value.
